This is an in-depth beginners book, just what I needed to understand this medium. All my questions were answered. The author didn't focus on any certain paints or products but explained them in general. I like that! Buy this book!
I really like this publication. For someone who works in a high stress job but has little "creative capabilities" this guide opens up a new world of possibilities. It is well laid out with clear and simple instructions. The images are perfect. I especially love the fact that an end result may be some beautiful new fashions or gifts for friends and family that have been made with love.
I enjoyed reading - and I enjoyed working with this book. Before I read this book I didn`t have any experience with fabric painting, but it was easy to follow the instructions. I`m an absolute beginner, but because of the simple guidance it was possible to start immediatly. I really like fabric painting. This book inspires and motivates me. I`ll continue reading the other books in this series.
This book is really a fast and easy intro to fabric painting. The list of things needed before you begin this craft as well as for each method and project let me get my items together so I could concentrate on the painting. This is the author teaching you how to be mindful so you can use that to relax and enjoy the craft.
You are given written and picture directions as well as examples of the author's creations. The author explains everything so is repetitive at times. In addition. you are shown all kinds of ways to create your own art. If that was not enough, you are given a link online to more projects and information.
I would give this book a 4.5 if it was an option. It did. not get a 5 because it mentions painting home decor fabrics but mainly stuck with clothing and tea towels. I would have loved to see some examples of decor fabric.
Easy to follow instructions for adults and kids. It is such a great learning experience. Loved it totally. ❤️❤️ totally recommended for fabric painting guide
